Privacy policy

This website is run by Paula’s Salon, 7 Colt Street, Selsey, PO20 9EU.

Contact form. If you send a message, your name, email address, phone number and message are emailed to Paula so she can reply. They are not used for anything else, not passed to anyone else, and are deleted when no longer needed.

Cookies. If you accept, this site uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are used. It sets cookies, and Google receives details such as your IP address and the pages you view. If you decline, Google Analytics does not run. Your choice is kept in your browser so you are not asked again, and you can change it at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of each page. The fonts come from Google Fonts, so Google may also receive details such as your IP address when they load. See Google’s privacy policy.

Error and speed reports. To find and fix problems, a small script reports when a page breaks or loads slowly. As you leave a page it sends:

• which page it was, without anything after a “?” in the address;
• your browser (Chrome, Safari and so on) and whether you’re on a phone;
• any error messages, and where in our code they happened;
• how long the page took to load.

It sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device. Your IP address is never kept: it is replaced as soon as it arrives by a scrambled code that can’t be turned back into it. Reports are deleted after 32 days.

Your information. To ask what information we hold about you, or to have it deleted, call +44 7737194001.
